Eddie is a ROCKSTAR. We were relocating from CA to MD under serious time constraints and conditions. Eddie helped us negotiate a deal to close on an absolutely gorgeous dream house that I still can't believe is ours now. As someone who is a natural born worrier, Eddie was the calm and optimistic voice of reason I desperately needed. You simply will not find a better realtor.

While we were working to gather as much information as possible about a 55+ community in Frederick, MD, my husband found one of Eddie Brady's YouTube videos. This video was current and dense with great information about the area. Eddie's demeanor seemed approachable and well balanced, so I made an appt to talk with him over the phone. After that conversation, my husband and I asked him to represent us in our real estate purchase. The fact is, purchasing a home with a builder is challenging for buyers. We realized that we needed an advocate during the entire process of the build. Eddie's negotiation skills have saved us 8K, so far. We feel lucky to have found a smart, practical, and influential realtor that will protect our interests!

My family & I moved from Ca to Md & needed a lot of guidance as to where to purchase & what was best for our family. We were not familiar with Maryland in the slightest & our move was very fave paced. Eddie was always on top of everything. He knew all of the neighborhoods like the back of his hand, he always responded very quickly to our calls, texts & emails. We always felt like he had our best interest in mind & we never felt rushed to make a decision. When we submitted the offer on the house we purchased, we didn’t have the highest offer, but Eddie had very creative ways to make our offer stand out & be more competitive in other ways. I cannot recommend him enough, we couldn’t have done this move without him!
